Shipping
We provide shipping across Canada for our watermakers, parts and accessories at a flat-rate of $30(Canadian dollars) via Canada Post. All shipments are trackable. If you are outside of Canada we would be more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote and answer all inquiries. Please contact us for shipping international shipping inquiries.
returns | exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days from your purchase date at our own discretion. Any item being returned must be unopened in its undamaged original and unused state for a refund of merchandise price. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be accompanied by a tracking number and appropriate insurance to reflect the cost of the item(s), we do not accept C.O.D. Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return. All sale items are a final sale, as well as any customized products.
